Hockomock Summer Baseball Schedule

WYBSA participates in four summer baseball leagues and one summer softball league. An evaluation is held during the spring season to place players on appropriate teams. WYBSA tries to have all players who are interested in summer baseball placed on a team. This is only possible if we have coaches for all team.
Hockomock Baseball and Softball League (A-Team)
This is a more competitive team that plays in the Hockomock league and participates in the Cal Ripken & Babe Ruth Tournaments. Teams are for ages 9 - 15. The season runs from June to early August. League games are played during the week nights and tournament games are played on the weekend. This league requires a strong time commitment from the players and parents.
Hockomock Baseball League(B-Team)
The Hockomock league has added an additional division to their summer baseball program. The season runs from June to early August. Leagaue games are played during the week nights. For this division we will have 9s, 10s, 11s, 12s, 13s, 14/15s teams. This league requires a strong time commitment from players and parents.
Barnstorm Baseball League
This is a summer recreational league playing surrounding towns. Teams are for ages 9 - 12 with a 9/10 team and 11/12 team. The games are played during the week nights and there are typically no weekend games. Players are encouraged to attend practices.
7 and 8 Yr Old Leagues
New this year we will have a summer program for 7 and 8 year olds. There will be a travel team of strictly 8 year olds that will play 8 games over 4 weeks followed by a week of playoffs. The remaining 8 yr olds and 7's will participate in a league with Norfolk with a similar schedule.
